Who is developing Dreadwinter?
Dreadwinter is currently a solo project developed by Vogy Bear.

What platforms is Dreadwinter releasing on?
Currently, the plan is just PC/Steam, but I'd like to release to consoles eventually.
I'm not sure about a mobile version at this point.

Will there be controller support?
Yes.

Will there be multiplayer?
Maybe, but not on release.​

When is Dreadwinter releasing?
The current estimated release is early 2026, but this is just an estimate and nothing more. There's a tendency for things to take longer than expected, so I don't want to make any promises yet.

Where is the demo?
The current version of the demo is offline for now, as it is very outdated (and bad). An updated version should be releasing around October 2025.

Do you need help with art/music/programming etc.?
For now, my plan is for this to stay a solo project, but that could change in the future. Offers are appreciated, but probably won't go anywhere right now.

How are you developing Dreadwinter?
Dreadwinter is developed with Godot 3.5 using C#.
Assets are made with Aseprite and are hand pixeled.
Audio is limited right now, so I'll get back to you on that.
